Order Processing & Dispatch

• Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

• Dispatch Timeline: Confirmed orders will be processed and dispatched within 3–4 working days.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, live tracking details will be sent to you via Email & SMS.

Delivery Timelines

While the exact delivery timeline depends on your shipping address, please refer to the general guidelines below:

• Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 4–7 working days.

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rural Areas: 10–12 working days.

• General Range: Please allow a standard window of 10–12 working days for final delivery.

Note: Depending on specific remote locations or unforeseen transit conditions, delivery may occasionally be delayed by an additional 2–3 working days. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Shipping Fees (Within India)

• Orders of ₹1,999 and above: Free Shipping.

• Orders below ₹1,999: A flat Shipping Fee of Rs80 will be charged.

• Non-Refundable: Please note that shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
